Drew Boulos

Drew Boulos is the lead associate at Ethos Commercial Advisors. In her current role, she supports the debt and equity group with underwriting, research, and marketing. With a strong background in marketing and client management, she leverages her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and quick problem-solving abilities.

Before joining Ethos Commercial Advisors, Drew worked at Ethos Development as an associate development manager and was an account manager at Sasquatch Agency, a Portland-based advertising firm.

Drew earned her Master’s in Real Estate (MSRE) from Portland State University with dual certificates in Real Estate Investment and Finance (GCREIF) and Real Estate Development. She also holds a B.A. in English from Colby College in Waterville, Maine. She is a member of Urban Land Institute’s Northwest chapter, Women in Commercial Real Estate (CREW) Portland, and the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).

Outside of work, Drew enjoys hiking, skiing, and is an avid reader and home cook. She lives in Northeast Portland with her partner and their pets.
