Jeff Snyder is an industry veteran with more than sixteen years of commercial real estate experience. Before joining Ethos Commercial Advisors as a director, Jeff was a Director at Newmark (successor to Grubb & Ellis).

Jeff specializes in office, flex and industrial tenant representation, landlord representation, acquisitions and dispositions in the Portland and SW Washington State market service areas. Jeff has a diverse real estate practice which includes many local, regional, national and Fortune 500 clients. He has a proven track record of implementing real estate solutions for corporate clients tailored specifically to their needs.

Prior to becoming a commercial real estate broker in 2000, Jeff worked at APTUS ETFs and E*Trade, building and leading successful sales teams at both organizations. Jeff attended the University of Montana, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism. While at school, Jeff played Division 2 college baseball and was captain of the team. Jeff also attended Central Catholic High School in Portland, Oregon.

When not working, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, family, and friends. Jeff is an avid skier, golfer, gardener and outdoorsman.
