Jordan Mulvihill is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Cruz and holds a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree and a Certificate in Investment & Finance from Portland State University. While a student at PSU, Jordan was a Center for Real Estate Research Fellowship Recipient and published quarterly articles relating to regional housing production.

Jordan was born and raised in Berkeley, California. Following her graduation from UC Santa Cruz, Jordan obtained her California real estate license and began working at a large multi-family community in downtown Oakland. She was subsequently recruited to open and lease-up a new urban luxury mixed-use multifamily community with a Target as its retail anchor. This is where her collaboration with development and construction professionals fostered her interest to pursue a career in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Ethos, Jordan worked as an analyst and brokerage assistant at Marcus & Millichap’s Retail and Net lease group while completing her MRED.

When not at work, Jordan is likely doting on her German Shepherd rescue, Bonnie. Together, they love to visit beaches, explore the great outdoors, visit friends and family up and down the West Coast.
