Nick Edmonds serves as the senior analyst with Ethos Commercial Advisors’ debt and equity brokerage platform. He specializes in financial modeling and underwriting, utilizing analytics and advanced excel skills to find answers and solutions that are not readily observable. To support the capital markets team, Nick completes underwriting and loan offerings for a variety of asset types and deal structures. He works with a variety of experienced borrowers, from owner-operators to developers and investment firms, to help find the best debt and equity structure for the deal.

Before joining the capital markets team, Nick worked on the brokerage team at Ethos. He looks at life through an entrepreneurial lens and measures success by the number of people he has supported in pursuit of their goals. His efforts began in college, helping start-ups and political campaigns develop an online presence through web development, search engine optimization, and digital content creation.

Nick graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Applied Economics, focusing on sociological research, data modeling, and computer science.

Nick currently lives in Northeast Portland with his partner and their Australian Shepard-Border Collie rescue. When not analyzing data and creating models, Nick spends his time building computers and studying the latest findings in astronomy and physics.

Nick currently holds a real estate license in Oregon.
