Jenna Thaxton

Jenna Thaxton oversees company operations, which includes compliance management, implementing policies, optimizing procedures to drive growth and ensure alignment and efficient workflow. Jenna also supports Ethos brokers with transaction management, market research, and marketing initiatives.

Jenna earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University in Child and Family Studies with a specialization in Youth Work. While attending Portland State, Jenna played Division 1 volleyball and was named the Big Sky Conferences Freshman of the Year in 2015. After college, Jenna went on to obtain her Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University. Jenna also holds a teaching license in the state of Washington, where she taught for five years.

Outside of the office, Jenna enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She and her family love traveling and being with family and friends.
