Paul Del Vecchio is a co-founder of Ethos Commercial Advisors and contributes to business strategy and administration. With roots in development, financial analysis, and consulting plus advisory services for both public and private organizations, Paul draws on wide variety of experience in the real estate field in order to deliver value for Ethos clients.

Prior to co-founding Ethos Commercial Advisors, Paul served as an International Realty Specialist with the U.S. Department of State specializing in acquisition of land for new embassies and consulates, as well as portfolio management and strategic dispositions. In addition to working for world leaders in the construction field, such as AECOM and Skanska USA, Paul has also served as Director of Development Services for Monument Realty, one of Washington, D.C.’s leading real estate development firms with a portfolio of over seven million square feet. In this position, he was responsible for the development of multifamily, hotel, and commercial developments.

Paul earned a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering; as well as a Master’s in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, the latter as a trustee’s fellow. After completing an International MBA with a concentration in finance from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain, he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma honors society.

When not managing Ethos, Paul spends his time with his wife, son, and two dogs. Mountain biking, skiing, sailing, and hiking are passions that help shape Paul’s perspective on the importance of smart and sustainable urban growth strategies. In addition to his work at Ethos, Paul serves on the Board of Oregon Smart Growth and the real estate advisory boards of Central City Concern and Proud Ground.

Paul holds a Professional Engineering license, Principal Brokers Licenses in Oregon and Washington and a U.S. Green Building Council LEED accredited professional certification.
