Ethos Commercial Advisors was tapped by NBP Capital, a Portland- and Los Angeles-based investment firm, to take over for a national firm to lease an 11-building, 741,000-square-foot office portfolio across multiple urban submarkets in Portland.
Over the following 24 months, most of which coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic, Ethos successfully completed 18 lease transactions totaling over 50,000 square feet.
Ethos’ role extended well beyond leasing. The team provided strategic guidance on property-level budgeting, tenant retention, and portfolio-wide leasing assumptions. These insights shaped targeted marketing efforts and informed negotiations, allowing Ethos to identify and secure tenants even in submarkets with historically high vacancy rates.
By combining market intelligence with a relationship-driven approach, Ethos rolled up its sleeves to execute with discipline and creativity, delivering results that advanced NBP’s investment performance and long-term objectives.
