Ethos Commercial Advisors has lead leasing efforts at Summerlinn Center, a 65,935-square-foot Class A office building in West Linn, Oregon, for over 12 consecutive years, spanning two ownerships. Over an eight-month period in 2024/2025, Ethos completed six lease transactions totaling 19,736 rentable square feet, increasing occupancy to 98%.

The results included four new tenants, two tenant relocations, and three direct deals. Ethos’ approach went beyond filling space. The team provided strategic guidance on positioning and tenant mix, applying market insights to shape negotiations and marketing campaigns.
