Adrian Anaya-Perez serves as a Research Analyst at Ethos Commercial Advisors, where he manages the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform and supports a wide range of marketing strategies. He is responsible for overseeing CRM functionality, data integrity, segmentation, and automation workflows that drive strategic initiatives. Adrian also plays a vital role in maintaining and organizing Ethos’ marketing resources, helping to align campaigns with the firm’s broader business goals.
Adrian began his career at Ethos as an intern, where his strong work ethic, initiative, and eagerness to learn quickly earned him a full-time role. He developed a passion for real estate early on, sparked by exposure to the industry before finishing high school. Adrian gained hands-on experience in the construction trades, which instilled a strong work ethic and sense of perseverance. In high school, he completed three years of business coursework and led marketing and operations for the school store, sharpening his skills in communication, leadership, and strategy. A two-time Portland Interscholastic League wrestling champion and two-time state qualifier, Adrian brings the same discipline and drive to his professional pursuits.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Adrian brings an added layer of value to client communications and team collaboration, helping to support diverse clientele and bridge language gaps when needed.
Outside of work, Adrian enjoys training in mixed martial arts and spending time with friends and family.
