Andie Lyle

Andie Lyle is a dedicated real estate professional specializing in office and flex occupier advisory in the Greater Portland and Southwest Washington Markets.

Prior to joining Ethos Commercial Advisors, Andie gained experience in brokerage and transaction management at two other Portland-based commercial real estate firms. She prides herself on bringing dedication and outstanding service to meet her clients’ needs. With great attention to detail and a supportive and focused approach, her enthusiasm for assisting her clients throughout every step of a transaction shines through each interaction.

Andie studied general science and biology at Portland State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree with minors in Geology and Geography. Prior to Portland State University, Andie also earned an Associate of Science degree at Shelton State Community College in Tuscaloosa, Alabama where she was offered a scholarship to pursue her passion in vocal performance. She is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW) and holds real estate licenses in both Oregon and Washington.

In her spare time, Andie enjoys singing and connecting with the local artist and music scene, outdoor activities, and spending time at home with her cat Bella. A lifelong competitive billiards player, she also loves to challenge overconfident and unsuspecting marks at the pool hall.
