Blake Long serves as an Associate in the Debt & Equity Advisory Group at Ethos Commercial Advisors, where he supports clients with financial analysis, underwriting, capital sourcing, and transaction execution across a variety of commercial real estate asset classes.
His background in commercial lending, underwriting, servicing, and investment sales analysis provides clients with a data-driven perspective on financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and overall real estate strategy. Prior to joining Ethos, Blake underwrote and executed more than $250 million in commercial real estate financing at Gantry, working with borrowers, lenders, and capital providers across a broad range of asset classes. He subsequently served as a financial analyst for a Portland-based investment sales team, where he led underwriting efforts for sales transactions, delivering financial analysis, valuation support, and market intelligence to help clients make informed real estate decisions.
A graduate of the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business with a focus in finance. Prior to transferring to University of Oregon, Blake played Division 3 football at University of Mount Union. Blake is passionate about commercial real estate, relationship building, and helping clients achieve their investment objectives. As a fifth-generation Oregonian with deep roots in Portland, he is proud to serve the community where his family has lived and worked for generations. Blake is an active member of NAIOP and enjoys building lasting relationships throughout the local real estate industry. He also serves as a football coach and mentor to young athletes in the Portland area.
Outside of work, Blake enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, playing golf, and cheering on the Oregon Ducks.
