Cindy Leitner serves as Director of Operations at Ethos Commercial Advisors, bringing more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate operations, accounting, transaction management, and organizational leadership. She oversees the firm’s operational, financial, and administrative functions, helping ensure efficient processes, strong internal systems, and exceptional support for brokers and clients alike.
Throughout her career, Cindy has led accounting, marketing, compliance, and transaction management initiatives for commercial real estate firms and development companies. Her experience includes leading operations for one of Portland’s longstanding commercial real estate brokerages and transaction management with a national brokerage firm. She has a proven track record of implementing scalable systems, managing complex transactions, developing high-performing teams, and aligning operational strategies with long-term business objectives.
Recognized for her strong leadership, financial expertise, and process-driven approach, Cindy is passionate about building efficient organizations that empower people to do their best work.
Outside the office, Cindy enjoys live music, exploring small Pacific Northwest towns in search of unique thrift-store finds, and spending time hiking, camping, and enjoying Oregon wine country.
