Dana Solof, MBA

Dana Solf serves as Senior Managing Director, Partner at Ethos Commercial Advisors, where she specializes in strategic retail real estate services for tenants, landlords, and investors. Her practice includes landlord representation, investment sales, tenant representation, and site selection, brand rollouts, restaurants, and hospitality for occupiers. Known for her market insight and clear communication, Dana streamlines complex transactions and delivers tailored, results-oriented solutions.

A former collegiate and professional long-distance runner, Dana brings discipline, focus, and resilience to every assignment. She takes pride in bringing projects to life, contributing to vibrant communities, and helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Prior to joining Ethos, Dana co-founded and led two commercial real estate brokerage firms and held a principal role at an investment banking firm. Before beginning her career in commercial real estate, Dana held sales and marketing roles at Nike, Merrill Lynch, and the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) Foundation.

Dana earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship from the University of Portland and a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy from the University of Puget Sound, where she also completed three minors. She also studied international economics at Trinity University in Dublin, Ireland.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys time with her teenage son and is an avid runner, hiker, and nordic skier.

Dana is licensed in Oregon.
