Dana Solof draws on over a decade of experience as a commercial real estate professional. Her expertise has allowed her to successfully complete a wide variety of retail, office and industrial lease and sale transactions. Dana’s primary focus is retail strategy, leasing, site selection, brand rollouts, restaurants/hospitality, owner-user and investment sales.

As a former collegiate and professional long-distance runner, Dana understands the importance of preparation and perseverance and employs the same disciplined approach to her real estate practice. She derives tremendous personal and professional satisfaction from seeing projects come to life, working to improve local communities, and helping clients reach their commercial real estate goals.

Prior to joining Ethos, Dana co-founded and acted as the principal broker for two commercial real estate brokerage firms and was a principal for an investment banking firm. And before her successful career in commercial real estate, Dana held marketing and/or sales positions at Nike, Merrill Lynch, and the Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) Foundation, the state’s largest hospital system.

Dana earned her Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship at the University of Portland. She also holds a B.A. in International Political Economy from the University of Puget Sound, in addition to minors in Economics, Environmental Studies, and Latin American Studies. Dana also spent a semester studying International Economics at Trinity University in Dublin, Ireland.

When not working or supporting her teenage son’s burgeoning amateur soccer career, she enjoys spending time outdoors, especially running, hiking, and Nordic skiing. Dana currently holds a real estate license in Oregon.
