Devin Kopas, SIOR

Devin Kopas leads Ethos Commercial Advisors’ Texas office as Senior Managing Director, Partner. He specializes in corporate real estate services for occupiers across multiple markets. Devin’s practice includes tenant representation, site selection and portfolio analysis. Devin has established himself as a trusted advisor, skillfully guiding clients through the complexities of commercial leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. His insight and client-focused approach have earned him a reputation for delivering exceptional results in even the most competitive environments.

Before joining Ethos, Devin held the role of Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where he quickly advanced through the ranks by demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs across diverse industry sectors. His ability to forge strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms has consistently delivered optimal outcomes for clients, solidifying his standing as a leader in the industry.

Devin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in finance from the University of Portland, a top-ranked regional institution. While at University of Portland, he was a standout Division I baseball player, serving as team captain in his senior year, a testament to his leadership, discipline, and drive.

Outside of work, Devin enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs, Dudley and Kaia. An avid golfer and sports enthusiast, he relishes time with family and friends at games and outdoor events.
