Jenna Thaxton plays a key leadership role at Ethos Commercial Advisors, overseeing company operations with a focus on compliance, policy implementation, and process optimization. Her work ensures organizational alignment, workflow efficiency, and sustained growth. In addition to managing internal operations, Jenna provides critical support to Ethos brokers through transaction management, market research, and strategic initiatives.
Jenna earned a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies with a specialization in Youth Work from Portland State University, where she was also a standout Division I volleyball player and named Big Sky Conference Freshman of the Year in 2015. She later earned a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University and spent five years teaching in Washington State. Her experience in education sharpened her ability to manage systems, lead teams, and communicate effectively.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband and daughter. Together, they value exploring new places and creating lasting memories with family and friends.
