Laura McGreevey

Laura McGreevey leads the Processing department for the debt and equity advisory group. As loans are signed up with lenders, Laura ensures due diligence checklists are provided to sponsors in a timely fashion and that any information already collected is accounted for. She assists clients with scheduling onsite inspections with appraisers and other third-party vendors and is an excellent liaison between legal teams, sponsors, and lenders. For floating rate debt, Laura also assists with securing index caps when required by the lender.

Laura is a West Coast native, having lived in the Puget Sound area, Northern California and now in the greater Portland area. It is fitting that she loves exploring all that the area’s nature holds. When not closing loans, Laura enjoys camping, hiking, gardening, and wine tasting with her girlfriends.

Laura graduated from the University of Washington with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Cell & Molecular Biology.
