Paul Del Vecchio serves as Co-Founder, Partner of Ethos Commercial Advisors, where he contributes to the firm’s business strategy and administration. With a diverse background spanning development, financial analysis, and public-private consulting, Paul brings a comprehensive approach to real estate that helps drive long-term value for clients.
Prior to co-founding Ethos Commercial Advisors, Paul served as an International Realty Specialist with the U.S. Department of State, where he specialized in site acquisition for new embassies and consulates around the world. His career also includes leadership roles with top global construction and development firms, including AECOM, Skanska USA, and Monument Realty, where he oversaw the development of multifamily, hotel, and commercial projects totaling over seven million square feet.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, where he was awarded a trustee’s fellowship. He also completed an International MBA with a concentration in finance at Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain, and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honors society.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys mountain biking, skiing, sailing, hiking, and spending time with his wife, son, and their dog. He is actively involved in community and industry initiatives, having served on the boards of Oregon Smart Growth, Central City Concern, and Proud Ground as well as various city commissions in Portland and Tacoma.
Paul is a licensed Professional Engineer, a LEED Accredited Professional and holds Principal Broker licenses in Oregon, Washington, and Missouri.
