Tim DuBois

Timothy DuBois is a highly driven and client-centered commercial real estate broker specializing in professional office landlord and tenant representation. He takes a tailored approach to understanding each client’s unique needs and finding innovative solutions to achieve desired outcomes.

Prior to joining Ethos, Tim spent eighteen years in the construction industry where he used his strong work ethic and keen attention to details, plans, and budgets to transform properties for his clients. Tim holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from Portland State University. His extensive knowledge of construction, zoning , market analytics, and complex negotiation skills enable him to provide accurate and reliable expert advice.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys watching the Portland Thorns, mountain biking, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Tim currently holds a real estate broker’s license in Oregon.
