Tom Secolo

Tom Secolo’s passion for seeing a project from its infancy through completion is what drives his success, which is directly reflected by repeat business and client loyalty.

Tom has been a Portland-based commercial real estate broker for over 25 years and has extensive experience in large land assemblages throughout the West coast. His tenure and deep knowledge of regional markets enable him to provide his clients with best-in-class service. Representing many long-time builders, developers and investors in Portland, Tom advises them on current market conditions, analyzing each project to ensure that the process proceeds smoothly. Prior to joining to Ethos, Tom worked for Doug Bean & Associates, Inc. for over 11 years, was a principal at Highland Properties for 5 years, and spent 11 years at Prudential NW Properties.

Tom graduated from Jesuit High School and Gonzaga University with a B.A. in Public Relations with a minor in Philosophy. While not at work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and playing the drums.

Tom currently holds real estate licenses in California, Washington, and Oregon.
