Tom Secolo serves as Managing Director at Ethos Commercial Advisors, specializing in commercial leasing, sales, and large land assemblages for single- and multifamily developments along the West Coast. He advises users, developers, and investors on market trends, development potential, and strategic acquisitions, guiding projects from concept to completion.
With over 25 years of experience as a Portland-based commercial real estate broker, Tom brings deep regional expertise and a strong track record of successful transactions. Prior to joining Ethos, he spent more than a decade at Doug Bean & Associates, was a principal at Highland Properties, and spent 11 years with Prudential NW Properties. His long-standing client relationships and high rate of repeat business reflect his dedication and industry knowledge.
A Portland native, Tom graduated from Jesuit High School and earned a B.A. in Public Relations with a minor in Philosophy from Gonzaga University.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and playing the drums.
Tom is licensed in Oregon, Washington, and California.
