The objective was to relocate operations from Orlando, Florida to a state-of-the-art facility in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, closer to Bronto’s largest U.S. client and better positioned for long-term growth.
Ethos executed a comprehensive market search focused on highly specialized criteria: a minimum three-acre site, 30-foot clear height, 10-ton overhead crane capacity, and a fully concrete yard engineered to support 80,000+ lbs. vehicle loads.
Ethos identified a rare facility meeting all technical and operational requirements and negotiated a long-term lease featuring below-market rents, robust tenant improvement allowances, and future expansion rights. The result was a seamless, on-time relocation that delivered a fully optimized operational hub, enhancing efficiency, improving service delivery, and positioning Bronto Skylift for continued North American expansion.
