Alice Floyd-Preston

Alice oversees company operations, implements policies and optimized procedures to ensure alignment and efficient work flow. She also supports Ethos’ brokers and debt & equity advisors with marketing, transaction management, and research projects.

Alice is a Portland native with a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and a minor in architecture from the University of Oregon. At the University of Oregon, Alice was an active member of the Real Estate Investment Group and Women in Business Club, where she honed her analytical and leadership skills. While in school, Alice completed multiple internships, where she applied her attention to detail and research skills to implement projects and generate detailed reports.

In her free time, Alice enjoys running, cooking, and exploring Portland’s parks, restaurants, and concert venues with her friends and family.
