Devin Kopas is a distinguished commercial real estate professional, specializing in occupier services and site selection for corporate users of office and flex real estate. In just five years, Devin has earned recognition as a trusted advisor and advocate for his clients, adeptly navigating the intricate landscape of site selection, leasing and sale transactions across multiple market service areas. Devin joined Ethos to lead the Dallas, Texas office, which underscores his commitment to expanding the company’s occupier services practice group across multiple market service areas.

Before joining Ethos, Devin held the role of Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). Throughout his tenure, Devin rapidly ascended the ranks, showcasing an unwavering dedication to understanding the nuanced requirements of clients spanning diverse industries. His adeptness in cultivating robust relationships and negotiating advantageous deal terms has consistently delivered optimal outcomes for his clientele. Devin’s distinguished track record speaks volumes about his steadfast pursuit of excellence and his ability to thrive in challenging market environments. Devin attended University of Portland, a top ranked regional university, earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in finance. While attending U of P, Devin played Division 1 baseball and was captain of the baseball team his senior year.

Outside of the office, Devin treasures quality time with his fiancé and their two beloved dogs, Dudley and Kaia. He and his family enjoy outdoor activities, golf, and attending sporting events.
