Josh Bean is the Co-Founder and Executive Managing Director at Ethos Commercial Advisors, where he leads the firm and brings more than 19 years of experience delivering exceptional results for his clients. His primary practice is tenant representation, where he leverages extensive market knowledge and technical expertise to uncover exclusive opportunities, negotiate favorable terms, and mitigate risk.
In addition to tenant representation, Josh is highly experienced in investment sales. His expertise in building performance enhancement, marketing strategy, and negotiation enables him to create competitive environments and maximize pricing outcomes for his clients.
Josh began his real estate career in 2007 with Doug Bean & Associates, Inc. before co-founding Ethos in 2017. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 750 lease transactions and over 100 sales, representing in excess of $1 billion in total transaction value.
He studied Real Estate Finance at Portland State University, holds the SIOR designation, is a CCIM member, and actively participates in the Commercial Association of Brokers. Josh also serves on the board of Oregon Life Sciences.
Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking and hiking with his wife and their two Australian Cattle Dogs.
Josh is the Oregon Principal Broker and the Washington Designated Managing Broker for Ethos Commercial Advisors.
